Are the products in stock?

Yes, all the products displayed on platform are in stock except for the products tagged with OUT OF STOCK.

Which express do you use for shipment?

Roymail, Hermes, Yodel

What about the shipping fees?

We offer a free shipping service while the shipping cost is covered in the product price. However, extra shipping fees will be charged for the remote shipping address or overweight products. The free shipping service is not available for remote regions.

How can I check my order? 

Normally, the tracking number of the parcels can be offered within 24 hours of placing the orders. You can check the status of each package via FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.

Return & Exchange Policy
